TOWER COORDINATES. Where required, the current, correct vertical elevation and geographical coordinates of the antenna supporting structures of each Entravision Station are properly registered with the FCC and the United States Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) and comply with and correspond to the current vertical elevation and geographical coordinates authorized by the FAA, FCC and any other Governmental Entity.
TOWER COORDINATES. To Seller's actual knowledge the current vertical elevation and geographical coordinates of the Station's towers ("the Tower Coordinates") are properly registered with the FCC and FAA; and (ii) the Tower Coordinates comply with and correspond to the current vertical elevation an geographical coordinates authorized by the FAA, FCC and any other governmental authority, including any federal, state or local authority having jurisdiction over the Station or said towers.
TOWER COORDINATES. The current vertical elevation and geographical ------------------ coordinates of the Station's towers ("the Tower Coordinates") are as set forth on Schedule 3.15 hereto. Seller further represents and warrants that (i) the ------------- Station's tower is properly registered with the FCC; and (ii) the Tower Coordinates comply with and correspond to the current vertical elevation an geographical coordinates authorized by the FAA, FCC and any other governmental authority, including any federal, state or local authority having jurisdiction over the Station or said towers.

At Closing, the current vertical elevation and geographical coordinates of the Station's towers ("the Tower Coordinates") shall be properly registered with the FCC and Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"); and the Tower Coordinates shall comply with and correspond to the current vertical elevation an geographical coordinates authorized by the FAA, FCC and any other governmental authority, including any federal, state or local authority having jurisdiction over the Station or said towers.

Seller further represents and warrants that the Tower Coordinates comply with and correspond to the current vertical elevation an geographical coordinates authorized by the FAA, FCC and any other governmental authority, including any federal, state or local authority having jurisdiction over the Stations or said towers.
