Township Bargaining Agent. The Union recognizes the Township Administrator as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the Township. In the event the Township Administrator position is vacant, the Fire Chief will be recognized as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the Township until the Township Administrator position is filled.
