TPL Cancelled/Missed Session Policy. TPL is aware of and sensitive to the unfortunate but very real issue of student absenteeism. Therefore, TalkPath Live offers its school partners a liberal policy on cancelled/missed sessions. TPL strives to be as flexible as possible with school clients while also being as fair and reasonable as possible to service providers, such that school partners are not penalized for qualifying cancelled/missed sessions, as specified in the following chart: Term Policy District Charged? Cancelled/Missed Session When more than 4 hours’ notice is given to the provider that the student is unable to attend. The session must be made up, if appropriate to do so. No Absence (i.e., Refusal of Service or No- Show) When less than 4 hours’ notice is given to the provider that the student is unable to attend. The session is not required to be made up, but every effort will be made to do so. Yes (Final cost to district is based on the predetermined session length.) Habitual Nonattendance Defined as 3 cancelled/missed sessions or 3 absences per student, per semester (barring any extenuating circumstances previously agreed upon between TPL and the partnering school/district).   • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law. Schedule 9.

  • Retention Policy City shall retain ten percent (10%) of the amount due for Required Services detailed on each invoice (the “holdback amount”). Upon City review and determination of Project Completion, the holdback amount will be issued to Consultant.

  • Vacation Policy The Executive shall be entitled to a paid vacation of four weeks during each year of the Term.

  • Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred. However, it is expressly understood that the provisions of this clause may not be used to institute a grievance directly affecting an employee or employees which such employee or employees could themselves initiate as an individual or group grievance and the regular grievance procedure shall not be thereby bypassed.

  • Cancellation Policy Client is responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session(s). Client is also responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any session(s) for which Client failed to give Therapist at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice should be left on Therapist’s voice mail at 925-322-1681.

  • NO LEMON POLICY This Agreement provides that following the expiration of the term of the Covered Product’s manufacturer’s warranty, and subject to Our Limit of Liability, after three (3) service repairs have been completed for the Covered Product for the same problem, as determined in Our sole discretion, in lieu of performing a fourth (4th) repair on the Covered Product, We may replace it with a product of like kind or similar features, or issue a check to You in an amount not to exceed the remaining limit of liability as determined in accordance with the section titled “LIMIT OF LIABILITY.” If We replace the Covered Product, all Our obligations for the Covered Product under this Agreement terminate.
