TRACKING AND RE-OPENER. The parties agree to advocate for an amendment to the Agency Parity law that would incorporate funding to cover the obligation of private agencies to extend health coverage for employees on leave. The Health Benefits Trust will track and report every six months on expenses related to extending health coverage for employees on leave. The parties agree to re-open this agreement July 1, 2020 for the sole purpose of bargaining over the funding necessary to cover health care for employees on leave.
