Trade Allowance. All seamen shall be paid 10% of basic salary as trade allowance for service onboard Tankers/LPG/Chemical Tanker.
Trade Allowance. Seller does not have in effect any trade allowance, billback, rebate, discount or similar program with its customers. No supplier of Seller has in effect, or has had in effect, and Seller has received no payments under, any trade allowance, billback, rebate, discount or similar program pursuant to which Seller has any actual or contingent right to receive payment.
Trade Allowance. Maintenance employees who are a certified tradesman or have a craft license (“ticket”) will have their rate increased by an additional premium of $1.75 per hour and will be included in base rate of pay.

Other than as disclosed in Schedule 5.22, discounts granted to customers have not exceeded a 50/30 discount in any of the last three fiscal years of the Seller. All SPIF's issued by the Seller in relation to the Business are completely and accurately described in Schedule 5.22.

Trade Allowance. Buyer will receive a credit in the amount of the Trade Allowance at Closing in exchange for delivery to Seller of good and marketable title to the Trade Vessel described above on the terms and conditions contained herein.
