Trade Allowance. Seller does not have in effect any trade allowance, billback, rebate, discount or similar program with its customers. No supplier of Seller has in effect, or has had in effect, and Seller has received no payments under, any trade allowance, billback, rebate, discount or similar program pursuant to which Seller has any actual or contingent right to receive payment.

Trade Allowance. No customers of the Business are entitled to volume rebates arising from any agreements or understandings (whether written or oral) with or concessions granted to any customer.
