Common use of Trades and Apprenticeship Committee Clause in Contracts

Subject to the provisions of this article, the committees shall establish, publish and work within common guidelines for the review of applications for professional development leave and financial assistance and for the allocation of such monies. Professional Development Committees may establish, publish, and work within their own guidelines upon the agreement of all the Professional Development Committees.
