Trading Halt. No stop order or suspension of trading shall have been imposed by the Nasdaq, the SEC or any other governmental or regulatory body with respect to public trading in the Company Common Stock.
Trading Halt. (a) Following the sealing of the Final Court Orders the Company will advise NZX and ASX of the grant of the Final Court Orders and, once known, the Trading Halt Date and Record Date and use its reasonable endeavours to procure that the NZX and ASX suspend trading in the Shares from the close of trading on the Trading Halt Date.
