Traffic Control, Flagging. Flagging for traffic control on this Contract shall be in conformance with the procedure outlined in OTM Book 7 (Ontario Traffic Manual), and as per the requirements of the Ontario Health and Safety Act Reg. 213/91, Section 69.1.

Traffic Control, Flagging. The Developer shall implement the Traffic Plan in the form then-currently approved by the Town Engineer and provide construction flaggers as required by the Traffic Plan. In general, a flagger is required anytime any construction impedes movement on Dillon Ridge Road or Little Beaver Trail.
Traffic Control, Flagging. Flagging for traffic control on this Contract shall be in conformance with the procedure outlined in the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 7 – Temporary Conditions. Prior to construction, the Contractor shall submit to the Contract Administrator C.S.A. Ontario certificates for each flag person to be employed throughout the project duration.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”).

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
