TRAFFIC FINES. At the end of the borrowing, the Car Owner will check the traffic fines which were conducted during the borrowing period, and shall update the amount with the relevant proof on Drexyion website. The Borrower will have one week to review and approve the amounts. Based on the Borrower approval, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference shall be refunded back to the Borrower. In case the Borrower disputed the amount entered by the Car Owner on the website, Drexyion will review the amount and settle the balance for both Borrower and Car Owner. In the event of Car Breakdown: Call the owner and contact Drexyion as quickly as possible. In case the car needs to be sent for the repair shop, and the car breakdown was not due to any misconduct by the Borrower, the owner will reimburse the remaining borrowing fee to the Borrower and settle the balance for the Car Owner to reflect the actual days of borrowing. Also, the Borrower will be able to borrow any other car on Drexyion to complete his trip. In the event of damage to the Car: Call the owner and contact Drexyion as quickly as possible. The owner will need to get a police report of the incident to determine the mistaken party and send the car to the insurance for repair. TRAFFIC FINES. The Renter is committed and obliged to enforce the rules and traffic laws and also the instructions issued by the authority and its agents while using the rented vehicle, assuming full responsibility for sanctions, fines or tickets due to traffic violations or violations to municipal law or, by any competent authority. Thus, it is the responsibility of the Renter or any of the authorized driver’s payment of expenses that may be imposed on the Owner. For all intents and purposes, even for those events mentioned in the previous paragraphs, the Renter authorizes in an irrevocable fashion the Owner, so that by charging his/her credit card delayed charges may be effected, these charges corresponding to the amounts of fines due to violations of traffic law done during the rental period, as well as the amounts owed due to damages to the rented vehicle or to third parties. In those cases where payment is not done through a credit card, the charges on the indicated concepts will be reflected on the direct invoice to the company or person leasing the vehicle, this person or company being responsible for final payment. The aforesaid cases may be charged up to two years after the vehicle’s return.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.
