Traffic Generation/Analysis. Based on the traffic impact study methodology approved by the County, the traffic consulting firm of Xxxxxx-Xxxx & Associates has conducted a transportation analysis for the amount of development approved for Phase I in TABLE 1. Xxxxxx-Xxxx & Associates determined that the amount of development approved for Phase I in TABLE 1 requires no new off-site transportation improvements for the time period and development scenario analyzed. The traffic analysis is attached as EXHIBIT 3.
