Train Path. KMsL is the kilometres travelled by the Service on the inward loaded journey from the load point to the Port of Newcastle or discharge point, in each Pricing Zone as set out in clause 3.1 of the relevant Train Path Schedule unless the Train Path is not included in a Train Path Schedule in which case it is the kilometres measured for the inward loaded journey by the Service from the Port of Newcastle or discharge point to the load point determined by ARTC for that Train Path; XXXX is the actual gross tonnes for the Service empty; AGTL is the actual gross tonnes for the Service loaded using that Path Usage as notified by the Operator for that Service and verified by ARTC; and NTPPZ is the Non-TOP Price for each specified Service for each Pricing Zone (in c/GTK):

Train Path. The handling of capacity requests, reservation of capacity and provision of information for train paths as set out in section 5.3.1, under the heading "description", capacity allocation, under a, b and c, and Chapter 4 of the Network Statement. The charge for use of train paths including the handling of requests for capacity on the Main Railway Network and provision of information is stipulated in section 5.3.1 of the Network Statement. The costs for using the Main Railway Network for train paths are charged to the railway undertaking using the Main Railway Network. In doing so, Applicant uses the following applications, publications and/or reports2: Service Service as described in Network Statement (appendix 23) Number of accounts RailMaps 23-1 - Orderportaal 23-10 RMS Client (Rail Management System)/Feniks 23-13 Information on TCRs (via BTD-planner) 23-14 - Information on TCRs (via Buitendienststellingskaart) 23-14 - Information on TCRs (via BTD-planner report) 23-14 - Buitendienststellingsdossiers 23-15 Publication of capacity requests (according to TSI TAF/TAP standard) 23-27 Planning & performance information (according to TSI TAF/TAP standard) 23-27 Service package 2: Service Facilities and services supplied in these facilities optional: Marshalling yards The handling of capacity requests and the reservation of capacity for the purpose of (facilities at) marshalling yards as provided for in section 7.3.5.3 of the Network Statement. Applicant requests stabling capacity and designates railway undertaking(s) to use the allocated stabling capacity. Applicant pays Infrastructure Manager for the allocated stabling capacity that can be used by railway undertakings.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the End User’s customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Granite local signaling transfer point switches or Granite local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Granite local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Technical Interfaces 3.2.6.1 The Interconnection facilities provided by each Party shall be formatted using either Alternate Xxxx Inversion (AMI) line code with Superframe format framing or Bipolar 8-Zero Substitution with Extended Superframe (B8ZS ESF) format framing or any mutually agreeable line coding and framing.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
