Reservation of Capacity. SureWest may reserve space for imminent use where construction is planned to begin within nine months of a request for access.
Reservation of Capacity. Transporter reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to reserve for expansion projects capacity which is or will become available. For purposes of this Section 2.1(b)(3), Transporter may reserve capacity currently posted on Transporter’s Interactive Website as unsubscribed, available capacity (“Unsubscribed Capacity). Any capacity reserved by Transporter must first be posted on its Interactive Website as reserved. The reservation posting shall be posted for five (5) business days and shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: (1) a description of the expansion project for which the capacity is being reserved; (2) the quantity of capacity being reserved; (3) the location of the reserved capacity on the pipeline system; and (4) the estimated in-service date of the expansion project. The reservation posting shall also include a non-binding solicitation for turnback capacity to serve the expansion project, provided that Transporter shall post the non-binding solicitation for turnback capacity no later than ninety (90) days after the close of the expansion project open season. Transporter shall make reasonable efforts to update the reservation posting up to the in-service date of the expansion project to reflect any material changes in the scope of the expansion project. Transporter is only permitted to reserve capacity up to twelve (12) months prior to the filing of a certificate application, and thereafter until the project goes into service, the application is withdrawn, or the application is denied. Transporter will not, absent Commission approval, accept advance payments to reserve capacity under this Section 2.1(b)(3). Any capacity reserved under this Section 2.1(b)(3) shall be made available for transportation service pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the expansion project(s). For such limited-term agreements, Transporter reserves the right to limit, in accordance with Section 2.1(b)(8) any extension rights provided in the service agreement and pursuant to Section 16 commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the expansion project. Transporter will indicate in any open season posting of the capacity any limitations on extension rights that will apply to such limited term transportation service.
Reservation of Capacity. Subject to Section 3.1 with respect to the manufacture and delivery of the Minimum Launch Stock, Encap will ensure that it will be in a position to manufacture and deliver all of the remainder of the Launch Stock by [***]. The Launch Stock (including the Minimum Launch Stock, as applicable) will be released on an on-going basis for secondary packaging in accordance with the delivery dates specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Additionally, by [***], Encap will ensure that it will be in a position to manufacture and supply at least [***] [***] units of Product in a twelve (12) month period ([***] units of Product monthly) based on the rolling Forecast submitted pursuant to Section 3.2 above. Should Customer determine that it requires greater than [***] units of Product in any twelve (12) month period, then the Parties shall negotiate in good faith costs and resources associated with such increased production demand.
Reservation of Capacity. The Authority agrees to reserve and make available to the Applicant (#) EDUs of sanitary sewer capacity to be utilized for the Property located at

Encap will ensure that it will be in a position to manufacture and supply [***] units of Product per month and an aggregate maximum of [***] units of Product in a twelve (12) month period based on the rolling Forecast submitted pursuant to Section 3.2 above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case the quantities according to the provided Forecast amount to a quantity lower than the aforementioned, a lower capacity for the twelve (12) months period will be held. Should the Customer determine that it requires a quantity greater than [***] units of Product in any twelve (12) months, then the Parties shall negotiate in good faith any activities, costs and resources associated with such increased production demand.”
Reservation of Capacity. ONSWC shall reserve and hold exclusively for Developer and its designees up to 600,000 gallons per day ("GPO") of wastewater treatment capacity in the expanded Briar Chapel plant for the Briar Chapel development and its Expanded Service Area. Upon utilization of 2,777 REUs by Developer, including within the Expanded Service Area and all commercial development within the Briar Chapel compact community, any excess reserved treatment capacity will be returned to ONSWC. ONSWC shall also reserve and hold exclusively for Developer and its designees up to 195,000 GPO of discharge capacity through the expanded Xxxxxxxxxxx Village discharge permit.
Reservation of Capacity. Manufacturer shall reserve (i.e., have available and not use or enter into any agreement obligating it to use for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Acorda), during the Term on a Year by Year basis a volume of manufacturing capacity or other applicable measuring criterion (each such reservation, a “Capacity Reservation”) for the Manufacture, including blister packaging, of [*****] capsules of the Supplied Product per such Year, (pro-rated for partial Years). The Capacity Reservation shall be reviewed by the Parties on an annual basis and if both Parties agree in writing, shall be adjusted, based on Acorda’s forecast, by an amendment to the Agreement. In such case, such amendment shall also include a corresponding adjustment to the Minimum Commitments.
Reservation of Capacity. Subject to Section 3.1(b) and subject to any acceptance of a Firm Order by GSK, the Parties agree that during the Term, GSK shall reserve an appropriate portion of the capacity of the Suite to meet DENDREON’s forecast demand for Product. The Suite consists of [***], purification capacity sized to meet output from the production bioreactors, and supporting infrastructure. GSK and DENDREON have mutually agreed based on the information provided by DENDREON, that at [***] will be necessary in the Suite with matching downstream processing. GSK acknowledges that in consideration for GSK reservation of capacity DENDREON has paid GSK the reservation fee described in the Heads of Agreement.
Reservation of Capacity. Manufacturer shall reserve (i.e., have available and not use or enter into any agreement obligating it to use for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Acorda), during the Term the Reserved Capacity on a Year-by-Year basis for each of the PSD-4 and PSD-7, as applicable for the Manufacture, including blister packaging for Batches of Supplied Product other than those to be delivered as Product without capsules.
Reservation of Capacity. The City shall provide sewer service to the Property from its existing water reclamation plant located east of the Airport (“Airport Plant”). The City agrees to reserve such capacity in the Airport Plant as is sufficient to serve that portion of development on the Property for which a water allocation is available now or in the future.
