When an employee who is assigned to train a new or existing employee or CNA student and begins that assignment, the trainer employee who is training will receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours spent training. Duties are described in Article 21. The department manager will assist in the establishment of appropriate assignments.
