Training for Casuals. Casual employees shall be trained at any time the Employer desires without obligation to offer this training to permanent employees. When training casual employees from outside their division, the criteria will be set and communicated to the Union. The most qualified senior candidate(s) who meet the criteria will be selected for the training.

This training will be offered as needed to perform the work when resources are available. The Employer’s goal is to have all employees in their divisions trained in all aspects of job functions in their respective division.
