Training for Library Technical Assistants. The District Training officer and appropriate instructional and Library staff shall met with representatives of the Library Technical Assistants’ Association by October 1, 1998 design and implement a series of in-service courses in paraprofessional skills appropriate to the Library Technical Assistant classification, to be conducted during the 1998-99 school year and leading to a Certificate of Completion.
