Training Initiative. A. It is the intent of the Parties to the Collective Bargaining Agreement to continue the Adult Xxxxxx Home (AFH) Training Committee with goals and responsibilities outlined below. The Training Committee shall continue a subcommittee for OHA with a minimum of three (3) OHA providers to address specific areas of concern. The training committee may appoint additional subcommittees for other specific program areas. The Training Committee may disband subcommittees by consensus decision. The AFH Training Committee shall consist of the following members:
