TRAINING LEAVE - EMPLOYER REQUIRED. When the College requires an employee to take refresher courses or to further her job related training, the College shall grant a leave of absence with pay to the employee. Further, the College shall bear the full cost of the courses or training, including tuition, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees and required books. The College shall also reimburse the employee for such travelling, subsistence and other related expenses as are previously approved by the College. The employee shall not be required to make up any time missed from work because of her participation in the required courses or training.
