Common use of Training of Less Than Five (5) Days Clause in Contracts

Training of Less Than Five (5) Days. Employees will receive contract overtime and/or FLSA credit (as defined above in 10.6) for the time spent in actual training on non-shift days. If an employee is attending training that results in working four (4) days in a row, the employee will be given at least twelve (12) hours off, contiguous with the training, either before or after the training.
