During any and all flights performed in accordance with this Clause 16.6, the Buyer shall bear full responsibility for the aircraft upon which the flight is performed, including but not limited to any required maintenance, all expenses such as fuel, oil or landing fees and the provision of insurance in line with Clause 16.
