Common use of Training on Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Training on Aircraft. During any and all flights performed in accordance with this Clause 16.6, the Buyer shall bear full responsibility for the aircraft upon which the flight is performed, including but not limited to any required maintenance, all expenses such as fuel, oil or landing fees and the provision of insurance in line with Clause 16.13. The Buyer shall assist the Seller, if necessary, in obtaining the validation of the licenses of the Seller’s pilots performing Base Flight Training or initial operating experience by the Aviation Authority of the place of registration of the Aircraft.

Training on Aircraft. During any and all flights performed in accordance with this Clause 16.6, the Buyer or its Operator shall bear full responsibility for the aircraft upon which the flight is performed, including but not limited to any required maintenance, all expenses such as fuel, oil or landing fees and the provision of insurance in line with Clause 16.13. The Buyer or its Operator shall assist the Seller, if necessary, in obtaining the validation of the licenses of the Seller’s pilots performing Base Flight Training or initial operating experience by the Aviation Authority of the place of registration of the Aircraft.
