Training or Reassignment. The parties recognize and agree that the Chief, for purposes of assigning employees to training, or reassigning employees to positions not working the 7/12 schedule, may require the employee to revert to a traditional work schedule. The Chief shall have the ability to assign probationary and disciplinary employees to any shifts that he feels necessary.
