– Training Required for Current Position. This section applies when the training is at the Employer’s direction and is intended to provide the employee with additional skills and knowledge to maintain or improve performance in the employee’s current position. If the employee fails the training, the Employer may not require reimbursement, but if the employee fails to attend the training, adverse employment actions may ensue.
