Transactions within the Integrated Commissioning Fund. 6.1.1 Transactions within the Integrated Commissioning Fund will, wherever practical, remain with the respective Partner and relevant transactions will be handled by them. If required, to fulfil specific s75 Pool rules, recharges will be applied to ensure that the entirety of the Pooled Fund record is accounted for within the Pooled Fund. Both Partners continue to use their own financial ledger systems and will design processes that deliver a clear audit trail of each element of the Integrated Commissioning Fund.
