Transfer by Company. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Company transfers the Executive to another location, the Company will reimburse the Executive for all reasonable moving expenses incurred as a result of such transfer. In the event that the Executive terminates this Agreement without cause pursuant to Section 8 hereof within one year after any such transfer, the Executive shall refund to the Company all amounts paid to him by the Company as moving expenses (including temporary housing and incidental expenses) pursuant to this Section 5. The Executive agrees that any amounts owing to the Company under this Section 5 may be deducted from any salary, bonuses or other amounts owed to him by the Company, consistent with applicable law.
Transfer by Company. Company rights under this Agreement may not be assigned without our prior written consent.

Transfer by Company. This Agreement is fully transferable by us and will inure to the benefit of any person or entity to whom it is transferred, or to any other legal successor to our interests in this Agreement.

If at any time during the term of this Agreement, ------------------- the Company transfers the Employee with his consent to another location, the Company will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable moving expenses incurred as a result of such transfer. In the event that the Company terminates this Agreement with cause pursuant to Section 6 hereby or the Employee terminates --------- this Agreement without cause pursuant to Section 8 hereof within one year after --------- any such transfer, the Employee shall refund to the Company all amounts paid to him by the Company as moving expenses (including temporary housing and incidental expenses) pursuant to this Section 5. The Employee agrees that any --------- amounts owing to the Company under this Section 5 may be deducted from any --------- salary, bonuses or other amounts owed to him by the Company, consistent with applicable law.
Transfer by Company. (a) An employee, when transferred by the Company during the course of his employment, shall be provided with transportation by air, bus, rail or boat, including berth when available when traveling by night, and with subsistence allowance at the rate of ten dollars and fifteen cents ($10.15) per meal, in addition to his basic rate of pay to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day. When such transportation is paid for by an employee, he shall be reimbursed only to the extent of bona tide receipts supplied to the Company within sixty (60) days.
Transfer by Company. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Company transfers the Employee to another location, the Company will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable relocation expenses incurred as a result of such transfer. In the event that the Employee terminates this Agreement without cause pursuant to Section 9 hereof after any such transfer, or this Agreement is terminated for any reasons, the Company shall reimburse all expenses incurred by Employee for relocating back to the District of Columbia area.
Transfer by Company. The Company will not transfer the Employee to ------------------- another location without the employee's consent. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Company transfers the Employee to another location, the Company will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable moving expenses incurred as a result of such transfer. In the event that the Employee terminates this Agreement without cause pursuant to Section 7 hereof within one year after any such transfer, the Employee shall refund to the Company all amounts paid to him by the Company as moving expenses (including temporary housing and incidental expenses) pursuant to this Section 4. The Employee agrees that any amounts owing --------- to the Company under this Section 4 may be deducted from any salary, bonuses or --------- other amounts owed to him by the Company, consistent with applicable law.
Transfer by Company. In the event Company is acquired or substantially all of its membership interests be sold to another person or entity, this Agreement shall remain in force under the provisions hereof and shall bind the purchaser or new entity for the period remaining under any existing term hereof.
