Common use of Transfer Candidate Evaluation Period Clause in Contracts

Transfer Candidate Evaluation Period. A transfer candidate who accepts a transfer and subsequently begins employment in the new position shall be subject to review and evaluation by his/her immediate supervisor during the first thirty (30) days worked by the employee in the new position. If the supervisor rejects the employee during this thirty (30) work day period, the employee shall have the right to return to the position that the employee held immediately before moving into the new position. During this thirty (30) day period, the employee and supervisor will meet to discuss the performance of the employee and to provide advice and assistance if needed.
