Transfer Grants. 10.9.1 A principal who is entitled to removal expenses and required to shift household shall be paid a transfer grant of $1000 and uniform grant of $300 for each child attending a secondary or intermediate school for whom a different uniform is required to be purchased (in terms of that new school’s policy) because of a change of school.

Transfer Grants. Employees transferred from one locality to another requiring a household shift will, if additional costs are incurred, be paid a grant when housed at the new locality: If the employee makes his or her own housing arrangements or moves into a Police house at market rental a transfer grant of ($1,451) ($1,495) ($1,540); or; if the employee moves into a house and pays rent to the Police at Police rental rate a transfer grant of ($994) ($1,024) ($1,054) and; • the grant is increased by ($476) ($490) ($505) for each child, as a result of the employee’s transfer, necessarily shifted from one intermediate school to another or from one post primary school to another but is not paid for other school changes such as going from one primary to another or if no change of uniform is required or the child could reasonably be expected to remain at the same school. • An employee taking up residency of a home that would qualify them for the higher grant within two years from transfer may be paid the difference between the grants. • Receipts for costs incurred are to be provided where possible. Grants are reimbursing upon production of receipts up to the stated maximum. Where receipts are less than the maximum, the balance of the grant is taxable. If no receipts are provided then the whole of the grant is taxable. • The grants are not paid to an employee transferring at own request or to a new appointee.

  • Forfeiture of Restricted Shares Subject to Section 4(b), if your Service to the Company or any Affiliate terminates before all of the Restricted Shares have vested, or if you attempt to transfer Restricted Shares in a manner contrary to the transfer restrictions, you will immediately forfeit all unvested Restricted Shares.   • Forfeiture of Restricted Stock Units In the event of termination of Employee’s employment with the Company or any employing Subsidiary of the Company for any reason other than (i) normal retirement on or after age 70, (ii) death or (iii) disability (disability being defined as being physically or mentally incapable of performing either the Employee’s usual duties as an Employee or any other duties as an Employee that the Company reasonably makes available and such condition is likely to remain continuously and permanently, as determined by the Company or employing Subsidiary), or except as otherwise provided in the second and third sentences of subparagraph (c) of this Paragraph 2, Employee shall, for no consideration, forfeit all Restricted Stock Units to the extent they are not fully vested.

  • Forfeiture of Restricted Stock In addition to the circumstance described in Section 9(a) hereof, any and all shares of Restricted Stock which have not become vested in accordance with Section 3, 4 or 5 hereof shall be forfeited and shall revert to the Company upon the termination by the Grantee, the Company or its subsidiaries of the Grantee’s employment for any reason other than those set forth in Section 4 or other than without “Cause” prior to the date on which such shares of Restricted Stock would otherwise vest. All or any portion of the Restricted Stock may be forfeited by the Grantee prior to vesting at his or her sole discretion.
