Common use of Transfer List Clause in Contracts

Transfer List. The Employer will maintain an ongoing single list upon which each employee may register his desire to transfer from his/her current location to his/her ideal locations. For the purpose of this list only, the Port Perry and Uxbridge Community Supports shall be two separate programs. The list may be updated at any time during the month of June and again in December, and will be re-posted the first week of July and January.
