Amendments of work activities and working hours during pregnancy. Cabin Crew are normally required to cease flying duties as soon as they notify easyJet that they are pregnant - this is referred to as 'Grounded Maternity Leave'. As soon as the employee stops flying and starts Grounded Maternity Leave (GDMT), they may be asked to undertake ground duties at home base, and/or at an alternative location if there is one that is more appropriate and available. Before commencing any ground duties, easyJet will make an appointment with the company doctor as a preventive measure in order to rule out any physical limitations. Ground duties may be asked to be fulfilled within another internal department or in cooperation with easyJet' ground operations (partners). This may include, but not limited to, bag drop or boarding gate areas. The duties within these roles may include but are not limited to: • Making announcements • Greeting passengers • Directing passengers to the appropriate queue • Assist with scanning boarding passes • Assist with counting cabin bags easyJet will always ensure that all duties comply with the maternity risk assessment and any recommendations from the Company doctor. The employee will continue to be employed by easyJet and fall under the Collective Labour Agreement for easyJet cabin crew in the Netherlands. Never can the ground staff partner use an employee on GDMT as a full ground agent. Full time Cabin Crew on GDMT can be expected to work up to a maximum of 40 hours a week. The working pattern will be a 5/2 (5 days on followed by 2 days off) with a shift pattern of up to 8 hours a day, or less. The employee will work on weekdays and during normal office hours, unless otherwise requested by the employee and in mutual agreement amongst employee and easyJet. After the company doctor report is received by local management, the local management will meet with the employee to discuss the new role and any expectations that come with it. easyJet will comply with the recommendations, if any, made by the company doctor. At this stage, the employee will also communicate their roster preferences to easyJet, of which these will be considered and implemented if suitable to both employee and easyJet and suits the requirements of ground duties being asked. There will be an ongoing review between the employee and easyJet on performance and attainability of the role.   • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties. Consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer shall grant time off with pay for designated stewards and union representatives, including reasonable travel time when necessary, to attend:

  • Work Week and Work Day (a) (Applicable to full-time employees only) The normal or standard work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours, with a normal or standard work day of seven and one-half (7½) hours except in those Hospitals where agreements already provide a standard or normal work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.

  • Weekend Work (a) Overtime work on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half (1.5) for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter, provided that all overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template).
