Transfer of Copyright. The Corresponding Author transfers and assigns to the Journal, during the full term of copyright and any extensions or renewals of that term, all copyright in and to the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish, republish, transmit, sell, distribute and otherwise use the Work in electronic and print editions of the Journal and in derivative works throughout the world, in all languages and in all media now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.
Transfer of Copyright. Contributor transfers and assigns to the Association for the full term of copyright and any extensions and renewals thereof, all right, title, and interest in copyright, and all of the rights comprised therein and all remedies afforded by law, throughout the world (for U.S. Government works, see paragraph 3 below) in and to the Contribution, exclusive of any copyrightable material (text or graphic) owned by others, and any revisions thereof prepared and submitted by Contributor, including without limitation the right to register copyright in the Contribution in the name of the Association and the exclusive right to reproduce, publish, republish, prepare all foreign language translations and other derivative works, distribute, sell, license, transfer, transmit, and publicly display copies of, and otherwise use the Contribution, in whole or in part, alone or in compilations, in all formats and media and by any method, device, or process, and through any channels, now known or later conceived or developed; and the exclusive right to license or otherwise authorize others to do all of the foregoing, and the right to assign and transfer the rights granted hereunder. To the extent that any right now or in the future existing under copyright is not specifically granted to the Association by the terms of this Agreement, such right shall be deemed to have been granted hereunder.

Transfer of Copyright. I understand and agree that the copyright for the manuscript entitled above, if published by the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy, will be taken out in the name of the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy. As such, I agree and understand that all rights to the manuscript are assigned and transferred to the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy. I understand that this agreement covers revisions of this manuscript, including modifications of the manuscript title listed above. In consideration of the publication of the manuscript, I grant and assign to the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy and its successors all rights in the manuscript of whatsoever kind of nature, including those now or hereafter protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States and all foreign countries, as well as any renewal, extension, or reversion of copyright, now or hereafter provided, in any country. I warrant that this contribution, including all tables, figures, and photographs, is original; that I have full power to make this grant; and that the manuscript, including tables, figures, and photographs, has not been previously published. If portions have been previously published, written permission to publish this material in the Journal has been granted by the appropriate certifying body, and the original signed form or letter granting permission to reprint from this source has been submitted with the manuscript to the Journal editorial office. I also grant that for all portions, including tables, figures, and photographs, republished with permission from another source, an appropriate credit line identifying the certifying body has been provided in the manuscript. In turn, the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy grants to me the royalty-free right of republication in any book of which I am the author or editor, subject to the express condition that lawful notice of claim of copyright be given. I understand that I will receive no royalty or other monetary compensation for the assignment set forth in this agreement. The authors hereby agree to grant the Journal the right to edit, revise, abridge, condense, and translate the foregoing work. To the extent that any right now or in the future existing under copyright is not specifically granted to Begell House by the terms of this Agreement, such right shall be deemed to have been granted hereunder.

The Corresponding Author transfers and assigns to the Book Series, during the full term of copyright and any extensions or renewals of that term, all copyright in and to the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish, republish, transmit, sell, distribute and otherwise use the Work in electronic and print editions of the Book Series and in derivative works throughout the world, in all languages and in all media now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.
Transfer of Copyright. In consideration of RTI Press publication of this Work (manuscript, tables, figures, video, audio, and other supplemental files for publication), each author hereby transfers, assigns, and otherwise conveys to RTI International all copyright ownership worldwide, in all languages, and in all forms of media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to electronic media such as CD-ROM, Internet and Intranet. If RTI Press should decide for any reason not to publish an author’s submission, an Editor shall give prompt notice of the decision to the corresponding author, this agreement shall terminate, and none of the author, the Editor, RTI Press, or RTI International shall be under any further liability or obligation.
Transfer of Copyright. 3.2.1 Where permissible under the law, the copyright that EOPO transfers to JGXC shall include the copyright of the following works: from the date on which EOPO was established till the date of termination of the agreement, any works that Economic Observer published, carried, utilized and linked to, including but not limited to works of literature, oral literature, music, drama, folk arts, dance, acrobatic arts, fine arts, photography, movies and movie-type of works, graphic works such as engineering design, product design, maps, illustrations and models, computer software, other works protected under Chinese law, regulations and intentional conventions that China is a signatory thereto or participant thereof, any collections, adaptations, translations, annotations, editions of the above-referenced works ("agreement works"), regardless whether EOPO created these works internally, commissioned others to create them, or others created them or provided them to EOPO of their own initiative, and regardless whether EOPO made payment to obtain or publish the said works.
3.2.2 The copyright that EOPO transfers to JGXC is limited to the copyright of the agreement works that EOPO owns, possesses, has obtained or is licensed to use under applicable laws, regulations, conventions and/or contracts, agreements, license and authorization during the term hereof.
3.2.3 Without the written consent in advance by JGXC, EOPO shall not use any of the agreement works in a publication, website or other media other than Economic Observer. For the sake of clarity, Economic Observer referenced in this section means the newspaper published by EOPO with the publication series number of CN37-0027 as well as its subsequent publication under a new name or new masthead.
3.2.4 To the extent permissible under the law, from the date of execution hereof, EOPO shall covenant with the authors of the agreement works that JGXC shall exercise the property rights to the copyright of the said works.
3.2.5 Notwithstanding the transfer of the copyright, the authors of the agreement works continue to be entitled to their rights of the person regarding the right of authorship, the right of revision and the right of keeping the integrity of the work, unless the law provides otherwise.
Transfer of Copyright. 1. By agreeing to publish with Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai, the Contributor grants the Journal the right to: • publish, republish, transmit, sell, and distribute the Contribution, either partially or in full, in digital and printed editions, through all media used by the Journal at present or available in the future. • deposit copies of the Contribution in the Journal’s archive (electronic and printed) and in the archives of third parties authorised by the Journal.

4. The Contributor shall not republish the Contribution or fragments thereof in any other journal or in conference proceedings. Translated versions can be published, as long as the Contributor respects the relevant provision in section B.2.
Transfer of Copyright. The Transferor hereby irrevocably assigns and transfersto the Transferee all rights, title, and interest in and to the copyright of the Work, including all rights under applicable copyright law and all other intellectual property rights related to the Work. This transfer includes, but is not limited to, the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works based on the Work. The transfer does not include the right to make changes to the work and cannot be interpreted as such.
