TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. In the event Landlord transfers its interest in the Building, Landlord shall thereby automatically be released from any further obligations arising hereunder after the date of the transfer, and Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor in interest of Landlord for the performance of such obligations, provided the successor in interest assumes in writing all obligations of Landlord hereunder from and after the date of such transfer.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Premises. Such transfers or assignments, howsoever made, are to be fully binding upon and recognized by Tenant. Upon such transfer or assignment and the assumption of Landlord's obligations by the transferee, and subject to the provisions of Section 13.2 hereof, Landlord shall be relieved of all obligations under the Lease accruing subsequent to the date of transfer.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations under this Lease and in the building and property referred to in this Lease. In such event Landlord shall be released from any further obligation under this Lease and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's successor for the performance of such obligations. This Lease will not be effected by any such sale, and Lessee agrees to attorn to the purchaser or assignee.

Landlord shall have the right without Xxxxxx’s consent to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Building and property referred to herein. Such transfers or assignments may be either to a corporation, trust company, individual or group of individuals, and howsoever made are to be in all things respected and recognized by Xxxxxx.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Subject to Landlord's compliance with Article XIV hereof, Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Project. Such transfers or assignments, howsoever made, are to be fully binding upon and recognized by Tenant provided the transferee assumes all of Landlord's obligations hereunder and Landlord delivers to Tenant notice of such transfer within ten (10) days following its effective date. Upon such transfer or assignment and the assumption of Landlord's obligations by the transferee, and subject to the provisions of Section 15.2 hereof, Landlord shall be relieved of all obligations under the Lease accruing subsequent to the date of transfer.

Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Premises and property referred to herein, provided that Tenant’s tenancy is undisturbed and, further provided, that such transferee or assignee agrees to assume all of Landlord’s obligations hereunder. Such transfers or assignments may be made either to a corporation, partnership, trust company, individual or group of individuals, and, howsoever made, are to be in all things respected and recognized by tenant.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all of its interests, rights, and obligations hereunder and in the Building and the real estate associated therewith. Such transfers or assignments, howsoever made, are to be fully respected and recognized by Tenant. Any such transfer shall operate to release Landlord from liability under this Lease from and after the effective date thereof, except as it may relate to the period prior to such effective date. This lease shall inure to the benefit of the Landlord and its successors and assigns; and with the written consent of Landlord first had, to the benefit of the heirs, executors and/or administrators, successors and assigns of Tenant.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign in whole or in part, its rights and obligations hereunder. Such transfers or assignments may be made by Landlord in anyway, and howsoever made, are to be recognized by Tenant. Tenant agrees to execute such documents reasonably required by Landlord or any transferee or assignee of Landlord's rights, including documents evidencing attornment of this Lease to such transferee or assignee. Upon transferring Tenant’s security deposit to Landlord's transferee or assignee, Landlord shall have no further liability to Tenant thereafter and Tenant shall look only to Landlord’s transferee or assignee for the return of Tenant's security deposit and performance of all of the Landlord's obligations and duties herein set forth.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Building and property referred to herein. Such transfers or assignments may be either to a corporation, trust company, individual, or group of individuals and howsoever made are to be in all things respected and recognized by Tenant. Tenant and Landlord will, at any time from time to time, upon not less than ten (10) days prior request by the other party, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the requesting party a Certificate certifying, to the extent correct, (i) that this Lease is unmodified and in full effect (or setting forth any modification and that this Lease is in full effect as modified); (ii) the amount of Basic Rent and Additional Rent payable and the dates to which the Basic Rent, Additional Rent and other sums payable hereunder have been paid; (iii) that, to its knowledge, no default exists hereunder on the part of the requesting party and that there are no rental abatements, termination rights, defenses or offsets hereunder (or stating those rental abatements, termination, rights, defaults, defenses or offsets claimed by the recipient of the request); (iv) the commencement and expiration dates of this Lease; (v) the amount of any Security Deposit or other deposits; (vi) that Tenant is in possession of the Premises, and (viii) such other matters as may reasonably be required by the requesting party. This “certificate” may be relied upon by any mortgagee, prospective purchaser or prospective mortgagee of the Premises.
TRANSFER OF LANDLORD'S RIGHTS. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all and every feature of its rights and obligations under this Lease and in the Building and property referred to in this Lease. In such event, Landlord shall be released from any further obligation under this Lease and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord’s successor for the performance of such obligations. Tenant further agrees that it will attorn to and recognize any such successor in interest to Landlord as its landlord for the unexpired balance of the term of this Lease and any renewals or extensions hereof to the extent appropriately exercised. Any security given by Tenant to secure performance of Tenant’s obligations hereunder may be assigned and transferred by Landlord to such successor in interest and Landlord shall, upon such assignment and provided such successor expressly assumes in writing such security, thereby be discharged of any further obligations relating thereto.
