Common use of Transfer of Service Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Service. This Agreement may only be assigned in connection with sale of the covered product. Customer or assignor must inform Authorized Service Provider when the covered product is sold. The assignment must be in writing, signed by the assignor and available for inspection by Authorized Service Provider. Assignment will not be valid if in breach of local or U.S. export regulations.
