Transfer of Telephone Numbers a) Switching to WOW! from Another Provider. If you are switching to our Service from another service provider, you may transfer your existing phone number (if any) to our Service, provided that the following conditions apply:

Purchaser and Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts for the transfer of the telephone numbers and listings associated with the Businesses to Purchaser effective as of the Closing. After the six (6) months following the Closing Date the telephone number 000-000-0000 shall become the sole and exclusive property of Seller and Purchaser shall have no further rights therein.
