Telephone Listings. A. Subsequent publications of the Department of Labor telephone listing will include a list of the members of the NCFLL Executive Board, their addresses, and their telephone numbers. Additional information may be included by mutual agreement.
B. In subsequent publications of the Regional Department of Labor telephone listing the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the Presidents of the Locals in that Region will be included. Additional information may be included by mutual agreement.
Telephone Listings. All NEWAYS and ProAttitude Distributors may list themselves in the White Pages Directory under the heading “NEWAYS Independent Distributor.” Under this heading each Distributor may list his/her last name,firstname,addressandtelephonenumberonly. Distributorsmaynot use the name NEWAYS, ProAttitude or the name of any NEWAYS or ProAttitudeproductaspartoftheirpersonallisting.Whenplacingthelisting, each Independent Distributor must make it clear to the phone company that this is a general listing and that one Distributor may not be listed exclusively under the heading. Listings may not be done in such a manner as to mislead or give the impression that the listing is for the NEWAYS or ProAttitude Corporate Office. Yellow Page display advertisements must conform to the advertising guidelines established by NEWAYS. All copy must be submitted to Corporate Offices for approval. Allow one week for approval. The words NEWAYSandProAttitude,logos,trademarksorproductnamesmustnotbe used in any way. Yellow Page category listings are allowed, but must be under accurate classifications. Headings would include such categories as Skin Care products, Hair Care products and Nutritional products. Distributors may use a 1-800 number, but must not use any NEWAYS or ProAttitude trademarks, names or slogans. Neither must the telephone number spell out NEWAYS, ProAttitude or any other product name. Inaddition,Distributorsmustabidebylocallaws,rulesandregulations pertainingtotelephonelistingandadvertisement. Sometelephonecompanies require written authorization from the owner of restricted names. Said approval will be provided by NEWAYS upon Distributor request. Noretailsalesofproductfromcommercialretailpremisesareallowed. Owners of retail establishments may be sponsored as Independent Distributors, but no NEWAYS product may be displayed or offered for sale in a retail establishment. This is to include but is not limited to, drugstores or pharmacies, supermarkets or food stores, health food stores, flea markets, swap meets shopping mall booths, restaurants, bars or nightclubs, and any such similar establishments. ProAttitudeproducts, on the contrary, may be sold through select types of retail establishments that, for example, perform personal grooming services, such as salons or fitness centers, etc. Direct sale from Distributor to customer is the essence of network sales. It is essential that the Distributor-customer relationship be conserved and fostered as the foundation of the sponsor...
Telephone Listings. Failure to keep and maintain a telephone listing and office or answering service that is available by phone without long distance charge during regular business hours for service to the public, and which telephone or office shall, at minimum, provide and maintain the following services:
a. Coordinate and provide information concerning deposits, payments and accounts to Customers and prospective Customers;
b. Respond to Customer and prospective Customer questions and issues about ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, accounts, deposits and services;
c. Coordination with the City with respect to private sector and public works projects and issues related to or affecting the Company’s operation; and
d. Immediate response, upon request, to police, fire and other emergency situations in which the public health and safety requires action with respect to or assistance regarding Company’s property.
Telephone Listings. The Selling Parties' current telephone and fax listings and the right to use the telephone numbers currently being used at the Offices;
Telephone Listings. A Distributor may place a listing in the yellow pages or white pages of a commonly circulated directory in his/her local area in accordance with the following: A telephone listing shall be limited to two lines containing the words Independent Distributor, Distributor name only and telephone number. No telephone listing shall be made in such a way that those making directory assistance inquiries for the Nexus Rewards Home Office would be given the Distributor number. The Distributors phone number may not contain the name Nexus Rewards in a telephone listing. The Company shall have the discretion to require the Distributor to change the listing or number, or to disconnect the number. In answering the telephone, a Distributor shall not answer Nexus Rewards or any of the Company's product names or that which could lead callers to believe they have reached Nexus Rewards Home Office. A Distributor may answer “Nexus Rewards Independent Consultant.”
Telephone Listings. The current telephone numbers used in connection with the Business, including directory listings.
Telephone Listings. Seller's current telephone listings and the right to use, at Purchaser's cost, the telephone numbers currently being used at the principal offices and warehouse/distribution facilities of the Business;
