TRANSFER OR SALE OF BUSINESS. Section 6.43 It is agreed that the Employer will notify the Union in writing at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the execution of any transfer or sale of his/her business.

TRANSFER OR SALE OF BUSINESS. ARTICLE 31.1 The Employer shall give notice of the existence of this Agreement to any purchaser, transferee, lessee, assignee, etc., of the business or license covered by this Agreement. Such notice shall be in writing with a copy to the Union not later than five (5) days after the sale of such Employer's business and/or license. The Employer shall give the Union the name and address of the purchaser transferee, lessee, assignee, etc. In the event the Employer fails to give the notice herein required, the Employer shall be liable to the Union and the employees covered for all damages sustained as a result of such failure to give notice.
