Transfer Without Consent is Null and Void. Any sale, transfer, or assignment of any interest in the Project or in this Agreement made without fulfilling the requirements of this Agreement shall be null and void and shall constitute an Event of Default pursuant to Article 11.
Transfer Without Consent is Null and Void. Any Change in Control or sale, transfer, or assignment of any interest in this PPA made without fulfilling the requirements of this PPA shall be null and void and a breach of this PPA; provided that Buyer’s consent shall not be required in connection with any Seller Change of Control whereby Seller is acquired by an Affiliate thereof.
