Transferred Equipment. Each component of the Transferred Equipment has been maintained in accordance with normal industry practice and in accordance with all practices required by the FDA or other Governmental Bodies, is adequate and suitable in all respects for its intended use and is in good and safe operating condition and repair.

Transferred Equipment. All of Cricket’s right, title, and interest in and to any Equipment that remains located at the Site (the “Transferred Equipment”) shall be deemed to be automatically transferred to Lessor free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, as of November 9, 2015 (the “Transfer Date”). Transferred Equipment. PM has previously transferred to Contractor the items of equipment identified in Exhibit K (the "Transferred Equipment"). Notwithstanding Section 24.3 of the Prior Agreement, which required Contractor to pay PM the fair market value of the Transferred Equipment if the Prior Agreement was not renewed or replaced within 60 days after the date of its expiration, Contractor's obligations regarding such Transferred Equipment shall now be governed by this Section 24.3.
