TRANSFERRING OF WORK. The Employer agrees not to transfer to another bargaining unit or excluded person, any work that is included as a work task in the JJEC position description of any employee(s) covered by this agreement which would directly result in the lay off of such employee(s) (pursuant to Article 12).
