Common use of Transitional Employment Clause in Contracts

Transitional Employment. Employee shall continue in active employment with the Company for the “Transitional Period,” which shall commence as of the date of this Agreement and which shall continue until October 15, 2010 (the “Termination Date”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee’s employment with the Company during the Transitional Period will be at-will and may be terminated by Employee or by the Company at any time for any reason.

Transitional Employment. Employee shall continue in active full-time employment with the Company for the “Transitional Period,” ”, which shall commence as of on April 5, 2007 (the date of this Agreement “Transitional Date”) and which shall continue until October 15December 31, 2010 2007, unless earlier terminated for “Cause” (as hereinafter defined) or extended by the mutual agreement of the Parties (in any case, the “Termination Date”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee’s employment with the Company during the Transitional Period will be at-will and may be terminated by Employee or by the Company at any time for any reason.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee’s employment with the Company during the Transitional Period will be at-will and may be terminated by Employee or by the Company at any time for any reason.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee’s employment with the Company during the Transitional Period will be at-will and may be terminated by Employee or by the Company at any time for any reason.
