Transmittal Letter Begins Review Time. When this agreement is approved and signed by the Chairpersons of the respective Data Integrity Boards, the VA, as the matching agency, will submit this agreement and the proposed public notice of the match in duplicate via a transmittal letter to Congress and the OMB for review. The time period for review outside the agencies begins on the date of the transmittal letter.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.

  • Transition Review Period A. The Employer will require employees to complete a six (6) month transition review period when the employees accept a layoff option to a job classification in which they have not held permanent status or have been appointed from a layoff list. The Employer may extend the transition review period for an individual employee as long as the extension does not cause the total period to exceed twelve (12) months.
