6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS CBX One-Stop to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.

6.1.2.3 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS SPARDI to connect such interoffice facilities to equipment designated by ONSSPARDI, including but not limited to, ONS’ SPARDI’s collocated facilities; and
6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS SPARDI to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.
6.1.3 Technical Requirements of Common (Shared) Transport 6.1.3.1 Common (Shared) Transport provided on DS1, DS3, and STS-1 circuits shall at a minimum meet the performance, availability, jitter, and delay requirements specified for Central Office to Central Office (CO to CO) connections in the applicable industry standards.

Transport. 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to ONS COMTECH21 for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.
6.1.1.1 Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s interoffice transmission facilities, dedicated to a particular customer or carrier that ONS COMTECH21 uses for transmission between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and within the same LATA.
6.1.1.2 Dark Fiber Transport is Transport, defined as BellSouth’s optical transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and within the same LATA;
6.1.1.3 Common (Shared) Transport is Transport, defined as transmission facilities shared by more than one carrier, including BellSouth, between end office switches, between end office switches and tandem switches, and between tandem switches, in BellSouth’s network. Where BellSouth Network Elements are connected by intraoffice wiring, such wiring is provided as part of the Network Element and is not Common (Shared) Transport.
6.1.1.3.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, BellSouth will only provide unbundled access to Common (Shared) Transport to the extent BellSouth is required to provide and is providing unbundled Local Circuit Switching to ONSCOMTECH21.
6.1.2 BellSouth shall:
6.1.2.1 Provide ONS COMTECH21 exclusive use of Dedicated Transport to a particular customer or carrier, or shared use of the features, functions, and capabilities of interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one customer or carrier;
6.1.2.2 Provide all technically feasible features, functions, and capabilities of the transport facility;
6.1.2.3 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS COMTECH21 to connect such interoffice facilities to equipment designated by ONSCOMTECH21, including but not limited to, ONS’ COMTECH21’s collocated facilities; and
6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS COMTECH21 to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.
6.1.3 Technical Requirements of Common (Shared) Transport 6.1.3.1 Common (Shared) Transport provided on DS1, DS3, and STS-1 circuits shall at a minimum meet the performance, availability, jitter, and delay requirements specified for Central Office to Central Office (CO to CO) connections in the applicable industry standards.

6.1.2.1 Provide ONS BAK exclusive use of Dedicated Transport to a particular customer or carrier, or shared use of the features, functions, and capabilities of interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one customer or carrier;
6.1.2.2 Provide all technically feasible features, functions, and capabilities of the transport facility;
6.1.2.3 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS BAK to connect such interoffice facilities to equipment designated by ONSBAK, including but not limited to, ONS’ BAK’s collocated facilities; and
6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS BAK to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.
6.1.3 Technical Requirements of Common (Shared) Transport 6.1.3.1 Common (Shared) Transport provided on DS1, DS3, and STS-1 circuits shall at a minimum meet the performance, availability, jitter, and delay requirements specified for Central Office to Central Office (CO to CO) connections in the applicable industry standards.

6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS Excel to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.

6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS TWTC to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.

Where BellSouth Network Elements are connected by intraoffice wiring, such wiring is provided as part of the Network Element and is not Common (Shared) Transport.
6.1.1.3.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, BellSouth will only provide unbundled access to Common (Shared) Transport to the extent BellSouth is required to provide and is providing unbundled Local Circuit Switching to ONSDeland Actel.
6.1.2 BellSouth shall:
6.1.2.1 Provide ONS Deland Actel exclusive use of Dedicated Transport to a particular customer or carrier, or shared use of the features, functions, and capabilities of interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one customer or carrier;
6.1.2.2 Provide all technically feasible features, functions, and capabilities of the transport facility;
6.1.2.3 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS Deland Actel to connect such interoffice facilities to equipment designated by ONSDeland Actel, including but not limited to, ONS’ Deland Actel’s collocated facilities; and
6.1.2.4 Permit, to the extent technically feasible, ONS Deland Actel to obtain the functionality provided by BellSouth’s digital cross-connect systems.
6.1.3 Technical Requirements of Common (Shared) Transport 6.1.3.1 Common (Shared) Transport provided on DS1, DS3, and STS-1 circuits shall at a minimum meet the performance, availability, jitter, and delay requirements specified for Central Office to Central Office (CO to CO) connections in the applicable industry standards.
