Transport. Where an employee who does not reside in employer accommodation is called back to work outside the employee’s normal hours of duty in respect of work which could not be foreseen or prearranged, the DHB shall either: (i) provide the employee with transport from the employee’s place of residence to the institution where the employee is employed and to the place of residence from the institution; or (ii) reimburse the employee the actual and reasonable travelling expenses incurred in travelling from the employee’s place of residence to the institution or from the institution to the employee’s place of residence, or both travelling to and from the institution.
