Transportation Alternatives. A. Employees who use the Concourse Parkade, Central Library, or Civic Center Plaza, Mission Hills Library, Xxxxxx Plaza, or any other facility as designated by the Mayor; and pay on a biweekly basis will be charged 25 percent of the prevailing general public monthly rate.
