Common use of Transportation Alternatives Clause in Contracts

Transportation Alternatives. A. Employees who use the Concourse Parkade, Central Library, Civic Center Plaza, Mission Hills Library, Xxxxxx Plaza or any other facility as designated by the Mayor; and pay on a bi-weekly basis be charged 25% of the prevailing general public monthly rate.
