TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME. 14.01 If the employer authorizes the use of an employee's vehicle for transportation of employees to and from jobsites, the owner shall be paid at least fifty (50¢) cents per kilometre for such use. 14.02 Employees shall be obliged to travel together as much as possible to eliminate unnecessary car usage. 14.03 When an employee's vehicle is used for hauling company materials, the owner shall be paid twenty-five (25¢) cents per kilometre for such use in addition to mileage specified in 14.02 above. 14.04 When the Employer is awarded work further that two hundred (200) kilometres from the employers shop the parties agree to meet and agree to the travel conditions for that project. Items to be agreed upon shall include but not be limited to: 1. Paid travel time 2. Accommodations 3. Live out allowances
