TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME. 13.01 If an employee's car is used for transportation to and from jobs, the owner shall be paid at least fifty (50¢) per kilometre for such use if the job is more than sixteen (16) kilometres from the city limits of the City of St. Catharines. It is understood that only those kilometres that are in excess of the above-mentioned kilometres will be paid for.
