Transportation Charges. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties on the Equipment Order Form for the particular Equipment, Maxim, at its own expense, shall do all loading, unloading, set-up, assembly, dismantling and transportation of the Equipment and shall pay all other freight, demurrage, storage, switching, drayage, rigging, trucking or other transportation charges against the Equipment.
