Common use of Transportation Planning Clause in Contracts

Transportation Planning. ‌ Both Parties benefit by coordinating their respective transportation planning efforts. Therefore, the Parties commit to such coordination including, but not limited to: maintenance and joint ownership of a regional travel demand traffic model, collection and sharing of relevant transportation planning data and information, and briefings to update each other’s staff and elected officials on upcoming or on-going transportation studies and projects.
