Travel and Board. 18.01 Free Travel Zone The Free Travel Zone for all Local Unions shall be the area within a thirty-five (35) kilometer radius of the City Hall of the City in which the Local Union is located. In Local 4 - St. Catharines, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Center of Allenburg. In IU Local 7 - Ottawa, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Chateau Laurier and the City Hall of Cornwall. In Local 28 - Sudbury, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the Federal Building. In Local 10 - Kingston, the thirty-five (35) kilometer radius shall be taken from the City Halls of Belleville, Brockville, Cornwall, Kingston and Peterborough.
