Common use of Travel and Board Clause in Contracts

Travel and Board. 24.01 (a) There shall be a free zone of thirty-four (34) road kilometres from the Site parking lot to the town hall in the community of the employee's permanent residence. Employees living within that zone shall travel to work at their own expense. Communities without a town hall shall have a public building selected by the liaison committee as the demarcation.
