Travel Zone. Employees traveling to work who predominantly reside a distance greater than thirty-five (35) kilometers but less than one hundred (100) kilometers from the designated pick up location at Happy Valley-Goose Bay, to the city or town boundary of the community of the employee’s permanent residence shall be paid travel allowance set out in Article 25.06 per road kilometer one way between the above noted points.

Travel Zone. Employees travelling to work who permanently reside at a distance greater than sixty (60) kilometers but less than one hundred (100) kilometers from the designated reporting point or work location, as per Article 19, whichever is the case, to the city or town boundary of the community of the employee’s permanent residence, using the most direct route, shall be paid the travel allowance set out in Article 25.06 per road kilometer, one way, between the above noted two points less sixty (60) kilometers.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance 37.3 All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).

  • Travel Time All employees shall be paid travel time allowance per day (as per Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance is to be paid for rostered days off and in the case of Apprentices, the days on which they attend trade school, but not payable for either sick leave, annual leave or public holidays. As it is an allowance received during ordinary time, it should also be included in calculations for superannuation contributions.

  • Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.
