Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system. All Employees and all future Employees, as a condition of employment, shall sign an authorization to permit the payment of wages as referenced above. An Employee who is underpaid a minimum of seventy-five ($75.00) as a result of a payroll error, upon request, will have a separate cheque issued to her/him as soon as possible but no later than two (2) working days (payroll working days) following the request.

Uncashed Checks If we remit your payment to a payee by mailing your payee a check drawn on your account and the check has not been presented for payment within [our payment cut-off period], we will investigate the status of the check. If the Payee cannot be reached, or the payment is to an individual and the check has not been presented for payment by ninety (90) days after the date the funds are withdrawn from your account, we will place a stop payment order on the check and refund your Account.

Travelling Allowances (a) If the engagement is for a concert or rehearsal at a venue which is over fifteen miles from the recognised central point of the musician’s normal centre of employment, and alternative transport is not provided and paid for by the engager, a travelling allowance of 36p per mile shall be paid for all miles necessarily travelled on land in reaching, fulfilling and returning from the engagement. ‘Alternative transport’ shall not include the shared use of another musician’s car.
Travelling Time and Fares Employees will be paid an excess fares allowance as prescribed by Schedule A per day where they have entitlement to this allowance under the Parent Award. Where an employee has an entitlement to the average excess travelling time payment pursuant to sub-clause

First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".
