Travelling Expenses and Incidentals. When travelling on employer business, the midwife will be reimbursed for costs on an actual and reasonable basis on presentation of receipts. Midwives who are instructed to use their motor vehicles on employer business shall be reimbursed in accordance with the IRD mileage rates as promulgated from time to time. Any change to this rate shall be effective from the first pay period following the date of promulgation by the IRD.
