Common use of Travelling Expenses and Incidentals Clause in Contracts

Travelling Expenses and Incidentals. (a) When travelling on employer business, and where a hospice vehicle is not available, the employee will be reimbursed for costs on an actual and reasonable basis on presentation of receipts in line with the organisations reimbursement policy. (b) Where the employee agrees to use their motor vehicles on employer business shall be reimbursed in accordance with the current IRD mileage rates and must personally ensure their vehicle has a current NZTA vehicle license (registration), WOF and insurance that covers work use.
